Mattress Studio 120 Night Comfort Guarantee

When sleeping on a new mattress, your body needs time to adjust. However, if after 30 nights you decide that the mattress is not the correct comfort choice for you, you can take advantage of our one-time Comfort Guarantee. You have up to the 120th night from the original delivery date to reselect another mattress that will better suit your comfort needs. To participate in the Comfort Guarantee program, you need to purchase and use one of the mattress protectors offered in the Mattress Studio.

Other details include:

• A delivery exchange fee will be charged for all Comfort Guarantee exchanges.
• The 120 Night Guarantee is offered one time only per client.
• If the reselection is of greater value, the difference must be paid. If the reselection is of lesser value, the difference will be issued as an in-store credit.
• Current pricing at the time of reselection will be valid and previous offers will be excluded.
• The returned set must be returned in like-new condition and free of any soil marks or stains of any kind.
• The Federal Law Label must be attached.

The 120 Night Comfort Guarantee excludes product in the customer’s home beyond 120 days, warranty replacements or mattresses from a previous comfort exchange. Pillows, sheets or mattress protectors, special ordered products, in-store display samples sold “as-is”, adjustable bases or clearance items discounted due to prior damage are also excluded from returns or exchanges.
