White Glove Delivery

Gabberts Design Studio and Fine Furnishings is proud to represent the finest home furnishings manufactured today. We want our customers to take pride in saying "it came from Gabberts.” Gabberts’ white glove delivery service naturally reflects the great care and respect that we have for your purchase and your home. Gabberts delivery charges start at $99 but vary based on product purchased and the delivery area. Gabberts also offers a project delivery fee that allows for multiple trips in the metro area for $250. Gabberts can also provide you with a quote and assist with facilitating national and international deliveries.

You can expect the following with our delivery service:

  • All merchandise is uncrated and inspected in our warehouse prior to delivery
  • Gabberts will contact you the day prior with a 2 hour time window for metro area deliveries
  • Beds are set up in your home
  • Chair glides installed
  • Mirrors attached to dressers or wired for hanging
  • Drawers adjusted
  • All merchandise leveled
  • Table leaves prefitted
  • Table slides adjusted
  • Hutch and china tops attached to bases
  • Upholstery furniture protected by plastic during delivery
  • Trucks padded for careful delivery
  • Gabberts will move an existing piece (or pieces) to make room for your new items
  • Removal of all packing materials
  • Gabberts will deliver artwork and mirrors but request that you have them professionally hung.

If you are interested in special ordering large furniture items but are not sure that they will fit in your home, Gabberts offers a pre-measure service where our delivery team will come out to your home and measure to ensure that they can successfully make the delivery.

Furniture Removal Made Easy

To help you clear the way for your new arrival, we offer a convenient removal service for an additional fee. Please note that this service is available exclusively for orders scheduled with White Glove Delivery.

Single Item Removal - $99.00

  • What’s included: We will remove one old piece of furniture from your home.
  • The "Perfect Match" Rule: We remove items on a "like-for-like" basis. For example, if you bought a new sofa, we’ll take away your old sofa.
  • Health & Safety: For the safety of our team, please ensure the item is in clean, sanitary condition.

Two-Item Removal - $169.00

  • What’s included: We will remove up to two items from your home.
  • The "Perfect Match" Rule: Each item removed must correspond to a new item being delivered (e.g., two chairs out for two chairs in).
  • Health & Safety: Please ensure both pieces are in clean, sanitary condition before our team arrives.

Furniture Set Removal - $249.00

  • What’s included: We will remove one complete set of furniture. This typically includes:
    • Dining Sets (Table and chairs)
    • Bedroom Sets (Bed frame, dresser, nightstands)
    • Living Room Sets (Sofa, loveseat, etc.)
  • The "Perfect Match" Rule: We remove the old set piece-for-piece to match your new set.
  • Health & Safety: Every piece within the set must be in clean, sanitary condition at the time of pickup.

Customer Pick-Up Policy

Gabberts will not load product into any vehicle we deem unsafe to transport your purchase. Buyer accepts complete responsibility for the safe transport of their merchandise and agrees to hold Gabberts, its employees, and/or agents harmless in the event that any accident, injury or damages result in transport of the above described merchandise subsequent to my purchase not withstanding the fact that Seller, its employees, and/or agents may have assisted me in loading, tying down, and/or fastening the above described merchandise to my vehicle.
