Mill City Retreat

The clients required a sophisticated, contemporary, retirement condo, functional for gracious entertaining yet capable of serving as an intimate urban retreat. In a 465 square foot main living and dining space, the designer clearly defined intimate living, dining and entry areas in an open floor plan while maintaining good traffic flow and visual continuity.
