Into the Blue

The goal was to bring lakeside ambiance to the room echoing the homeowner’s desire for vibrant color. Painting a major interior wall in a saturated ultramarine blue provided the “wow” factor this client was looking for. A well thought out lighting plan, incorporating LED dimmable recessed fixtures, as well as discreet pendants, addressed the interior light needed for the varying functions which ranged from entertaining and television viewing to reading and relaxing. The designer also incorporated masculine, mesh weave, motorized window treatments to add architectural dimension and reinforce the sleek and seamless environment.
