The Prairie Hand Knotted Area Rug is designed to resemble a stained-glass window. Frank Lloyd Wright, of Prairie School of Architecture, considered his stained glass to be an abstract of nature that allowed light in to illuminate and enhance a room. Our Prairie rug is hand-knotted by Nepalese weavers using wool from Himalayan Highland sheep.
